Tavinor Inquest

Mr John Edward (Eddie) Tavinor, of Pukekohe, Auckland, New Zealand, was decapitated by part of a universal joint, namely the front slip-yoke, that came off a Mitsubishi truck, registration number WL2640, travelling in the opposite direction on Auckland’s Southern Motorway, near Ellerslie, on 20 November 2000.
